Thirty years' experience in oil and gas focused primarily on finance and business development. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Finance, he has worked for Bank of America; Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; and Credit Suisse. He has advised public and private companies in a variety of financing and strategic mandates and served as CEO or Managing Partner of several public & private businesses.

Mr. Czuppon has twenty-five years of executive management, operational oversight, private equity, investment banking, business development and strategic advisory experience focused entirely on the energy industry. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a degree in Economics. Prior to forming Vega Energy I, he worked for CC Natural Resource Partners, Energy Capital Solutions, the Hunt Oil Company and the Enron Corporation. He has served in numerous financial and operational oversight capacities as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President as well as served as a Director on numerous company boards. He has advised numerous public and private companies, and his transaction experience includes over $1.3 billion in M&A transaction value, $1.0 billion in  in equity capital raised and over $1.3 billion in senior and mezzanine debt capital raised.
