Vega Energy, LLC, through its subsidiary and affiliate companies including VegaUpstream JV and Vega Operating, LLC, is focused on the acquisition, development and exploitation of onshore upstream and midstream assets primarily in Texas, Oklahoma and California.
We are actively seeking acquisition opportunities that combine producing oil and natural gas wells with additional development potential based on drilling and/or enhanced oil recovery. Our acquisition strategy is focused on proven, mature basins where we believe we can quickly achieve critical mass to establish an efficient, low-cost, best-in-class operation.
Vega Energy is based in Dallas, Texas, with its Oklahoma operations office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

To achieve our objectives, we will diligently execute on the following business strategies:
Free cash flow generation
By investing in currently producing oil and natural gas assets that meet our investment profile we will generate long-term, predictable, stable free cash flow for the Company and our shareholders.
Capital allocation
We will prudently deploy capital on our low decline asset base to maintain current production levels while investing in field level development opportunities to drive incremental cash flow generation. Additionally, and we are continuously exploring accretive acquisitions and growth opportunities.
Prudent balance sheet management
Maintain a low leverage profile, fund organic growth out of free cash flow and position the Company to return capital to shareholders.
Risk Management
We will continuously engage in active hedging strategies to reduce exposure due to commodity price fluctuations and continue to provide stabilized cash flows.
